The best experience of the Hotel was the Reception staff who were efficient and friendly. Free internet in the Lobby area.

Photos of the rooms and general description of the hotel on the website are misleading and both aspects should be reviewed. The rooms are not as large or luxerious as the photos suggest. There was no hot water to the bathroom sink or even a plug for the basin. There was no bath or shower cubicle. The shower area is an "open area" which I believe is called a "wet room". Only one Englsish TV channel (Al Jazeera news) with poor reception. VERY poor wirelesss internet connection to the room - in fact it was impossible to make a connection to my laptop. It states the hotel is a 2 minute walk to Walking Street - this should read 15 minutes unless you're an athlete!! :-)

The hotel is located very good. 5 minutes from walking street. The affable personnel. A food normal. On the first floor is available free wifi. The excellent place to stop one day and to find guest house or apartment.

Hotel has no territory. Repair was spent long time ago. For 2 days of stay was no cleaning and linen change. At departure employee told, what I must to pay for using a minibar, which I didn't touch.

i like the staff attitude always helpful,clean rooms and comfortable most good thing is Free in house movies and free wi fi .Absolute value for the money.They give us the breakfast even time was over.I want to extend my stay with them but have to fly to phuket.

To be honest I didn't like anything

The public areas were absolutely shocking, the whole Hotel isin need of a complete refurbishment, the room well can't think of anything good to say, the door lock was broken, there was a room safe, but it wasn't fixed so when you placed your valuables in it you then had to look for a place to hide the safe, I was thinking of taking the safe to the reception and asking them to put my safe in their bigger safe.

My stay with this hotel was excelent. Location is very convient and easily access to entertainment areas. Specialy staff was very co-operative. It is worth for money. Also important part is food. Restaurant is very nice in ambiance and food i enjoyed a lot.

The rooms could do with a coat of paint and could best be described as 'shabby'.

I like the comfort,food and specially the attitude of the staff towards to customers and specially free wi-fi internet facility which saves my lot of money.Plus 24 hr service.i would like to suggest to the people must use this hotel.

some english man fighting with some one(may be some pros)and i can hear their sound at 3 am.

the rooms were vary clean and the was good breakfast in the hotel it was close to everything and the staff were alway helpful .

i did not like the way the staff did not want to take my visa card as a form of payment and ask for cash then when i made them take my visa card thay told me it was blocked and thay could not acept it i gave them another card and thay said it too was blocked so i paid them cash the next day i use both cards in department stores and fights

it is very far to walk from Walking Street, at least 15-20 minutes (if you know where you are going). it is more of a motel than hotel, they hire the room outs hourly so you should know what sort of hotel it is, all of the rooms seem to be half finished, wires hanging out, broken air cons, bits and bobs missing, the main street it is on is under construction, and the road is noisy and dusty during the day.

i booked for 2 pax bfst but they informed me its not allowed to bring friend to the buffet even my room double occupancy

I like the place service and staff which is very helpful.cleaniness and free wifi is appreciable.like to stay again.

Every thing was fine according to price you can get 5star facilities in 40 usd.
